Are dessert-shaped squishies edible?
No. They are not food. Do not bite, chew or put them in your mouth.
What age are they suitable for?
A cute appearance does not mean a product is suitable for every age. If you are choosing a piece for a child, contact us before purchase to ask about age suitability and warnings for that design.
What are they made from?
Our squishies are made from silicone. Sizes vary between designs; contact us if you need measurements for a particular piece.
How should I care for my squishy?
Keep it in its bag and squeeze gently. Our squishies are very soft and can feel sticky or pick up dust when handled outside the bag. We recommend playing with them inside the bag.
Use the soft pads of your fingers rather than your nails. Avoid digging, pinching with fingernails, forceful pulling or excessive stretching, which can damage the squishy.
Keep your squishy away from sharp objects and heat. For cleaning or questions about stickiness, contact us before washing it or adding powders, oils or other products. Stop using it if it tears or develops loose pieces.

Can I order now?
Yes. Items marked Pre-order are available with a 60% deposit at checkout and the remaining 40% due before dispatch. Upcoming designs marked Coming soon are not available to order.
When will orders be sent?
Pre-orders will be dispatched within 60 days of receiving your deposit. The balance must be paid before dispatch. Delivery time is additional. Read our shipping information.
